Located in Charlotte, North Carolina on Tryon Square. Designed for HDR San Francisco. A 26 story concrete mid-rise office and retail building with GFRC panel exterior and North Carolina granite features throughout. The height was limited by the use of concrete so incorporation of vertical elements on the building facade enhanced the height while maintaining a unique horizontal statement in the skyline environment. My use of thin striped granite features in the interior floor design widened the sense of space in corridors and lobbies.
Claremont Resort Spa
Located in Berkeley, California. Project management for Ellerbe Becket, San Francisco. Hotel renovation and new spa facility installation. I provided due diligence code research for permitting an existing historic building with various non-compliant challenges. The spa in the facility required unusual design considerations, which I provided with complete design, detailing, and waterproofing.

Westin La Cantera Resort
Located in San Antonio, Texas. Project management and construction site expedite for Hornberger+Worstell, San Francisco. 500 room resort hotel with support facilities. Built by Lyda Constructors.
I supervised the Installation of concrete, provided detailing for the pours, seismic attachment for balcony railings, local natural stone, and numerous attachment accessories for product installations.
This expedite facilitated an on-time completion date.
Villa Montane, Poste Montane
Located in Beaver Creek Ski Resort, Beaver Creek. Colorado. Project management and partial design for Hornberger+Worstell, San Francisco. A mixed-use of luxury residential vacation homes, time shares, office/retail, underground parking, elevated walkway system, and rooftop gardenscape with Olympic length lap pool. I facilitated shop drawing design and review, garden roof system and waterproofing, lap pool design, and elevated snowmelt walkway.

Proposed location in Aurora, Colorado. Designed for HOK Denver. Offices with three level parking garage.
I designed a 4 foot horizontal screening element to the south facing facade. The elevator core and vertical circulation was enclosed in a round tower.
The east portion of the building extended over a three level parking structure, support columns aligning with the parking layout.
Proposed location in Aurora, Colorado. Designed for HOK Denver. A 1.5 million square foot mixed use high rise development of offices and retail. Underground parking features a landscaped plaza at ground level with water features, food service and seating. I designed the site layout to accommodate a 5000 vehicle traffic use with an efficiency ratio of 86.5% for each building. Tenant planning and layout were maximized with an efficiency ratio of 86.5% for each tenant floor.
